▌Protecting Youth, the Law Does Not Tolerate Bullying

守护青春 法不容“欺”！大检察官进行法治宣传教育宣讲

▌Recently, Feng Jian, Class Ⅱ Grand Prosecutor, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Chief Prosecutor of the People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province, visited Yunfu Middle School to deliver a rule-of-law lecture. Serving as the school’s vice principal for legal education, he engaged in interactive discussions with representatives of teachers and students on the prevention and control of school bullying.

近日，二级大检察官，广东省检察院党组书记、检察长冯键前往云浮中学开展法治宣传教育宣讲，作为该校法治副校长，与师生代表们就防治学生欺凌话题进行互动交流。

▌During the lecture, Feng Jian combined legal provisions with practical advice, advocating for the establishment of a system to prevent and control bullying in schools. He stressed the importance of fulfilling mandatory reporting duties, integrating moral and legal education into daily routines, and effectively creating a safer campus environment. He also encouraged all the students to avoid engaging in bullying, to bravely say no to bullying, and to make good use of legal means to resist bullying. Furthermore, he called on students to be faithful advocates, conscientious followers, and resolute defenders of socialist rule of law.

宣讲中，冯键结合法律规定，倡议学校建立学生欺凌防控制度，严格履行强制报告义务，把道德与法治教育融入日常，切实净化校园环境。同时寄语全体同学首先不做欺凌者，面对欺凌要勇敢说“不”，善于运用法律武器抵制欺凌，争做社会主义法治的忠实崇尚者、自觉遵守者和坚定捍卫者。
