▌Seminar on Foreign-Related Rule of Law Held in Shenzhen

涉外法治专题研修班在深圳举办

▌Recently, the Shenzhen Procuratorial Foreign-Related Rule of Law Research Institute and the People’s Procuratorate of Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone jointly hosted the second session of the seminar on foreign-related rule of law. A total of 68 procuratorial professionals participated in the five-day program, including representatives from procuratorial organs in free trade zones across 13 provincial-level regions—Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Guangdong, Guangxi, Chongqing, and Yunnan—as well as key personnel from procuratorial organs in nine cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

近日，深圳市检察涉外法治研究院与深圳前海蛇口自贸区人民检察院联合举办涉外法治专题研修班（第二期）。来自天津、河北、内蒙古、黑龙江、浙江、福建、山东、河南、湖北、广东、广西、重庆、云南等13个省区市的自贸区检察机关，以及粤港澳大湾区9个地市检察机关业务骨干共68人参加为期5天的专题研修。

▌Focusing on foreign-related rule of law and procuratorial practice in free trade zones, the seminar invited experts with extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience to deliver lectures. The program provided targeted training from multiple perspectives, including Xi Jinping Thought on Economy, international criminal judicial assistance, innovative procuratorial endeavor in free trade zones, and the handling of foreign-related intellectual property cases.

本次专题研修活动聚焦涉外法治与自贸区检察工作实务，邀请多位理论功底深厚、实务经验丰富的专家学者授课，从习近平经济思想、国际刑事司法协助、自贸区检察探索、涉外知识产权案件办理等多维度精准赋能。
