▌SPP Invites Some NPC Deputies to Inspect Procuratorial Work in Guangdong

最高检邀请部分全国人大代表视察广东检察工作

▌Recently, at the invitation of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP), some deputies to the National People’s Congress (NPC) from six provinces (or municipalities)—Tianjin, Shanxi, Hubei, Guangdong, Guizhou, and Shaanxi—conducted an inspection of procuratorial work in Guangdong. The theme of this inspection was “Studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, strengthening procuratorial supervision of major crimes, and resolutely safeguarding national security.”

近日，应最高人民检察院邀请，天津、山西、湖北、广东、贵州、陕西等6省（市）部分全国人大代表视察广东检察工作。此次视察主题为“学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神，加强重罪检察监督，坚定维护国家安全”。

▌The deputies visited the case acceptance hall, the digital procuratorial center, the forensic examination center, and the hearing room of the People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province. Feng Jian, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Chief Prosecutor of the provincial procuratorate, accompanied the deputies on the visit and answered their questions. At a meeting held to brief the delegation, the deputies listened to a report on the work of Guangdong’s procuratorial organs.

代表们参观了广东省检察院案件受理大厅、数字检察中心、司法鉴定中心、听证室，广东省检察院党组书记、检察长冯键陪同参观并解答代表提问。在代表视察工作见面会上，代表们听取了广东省检察机关工作情况汇报。

▌In the following days, the deputies went to Guangzhou, Jiangmen, Shenzhen, and other places for further inspections. At relevant enterprises, military ports, overseas Chinese hometowns, and industrial villages, the deputies gained an in-depth understanding of how Guangdong’s procuratorial organs have carried out their duties in serving high-quality development, deepening civil-military collaboration, protecting the rights and interests of overseas Chinese, ensuring production safety, optimizing the business environment, and advancing marine-related procuratorial work.

随后几天时间里，代表们先后赴广州、江门、深圳等地视察。在相关企业、军港、侨乡、产业村等地，代表们深入了解广东检察机关在服务高质量发展、深化军地协作、保护侨胞权益、护航安全生产、优化营商环境及开展海洋检察等方面的履职情况。
