省检察院召开新闻发布会

▌The People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province recently held a press conference on procuratorial efforts in wage arrears governance. Thirteen media outlets, including People’s Daily, Legal Daily, and Nanfang Daily, attended.

近日，省检察院举行检察机关“参与开展治理欠薪”新闻发布会，人民日报、法治日报、南方日报等13家媒体受邀到场。

▌The Provincial Procuratorate reported on the work of Guangdong procuratorial organs in addressing wage arrears during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and released the relevant typical cases.

省检察院通报“十四五”时期广东检察机关参与治理欠薪工作情况，并发布全省检察机关打击治理欠薪典型案例。

▌According to the report, since 2021, procuratorial organs across the province have accepted 1,197 cases involving 1,266 individuals for review and arrest in crimes of refusing to pay  labor remuneration, with 443 cases involving 447 individuals approved for arrest. We have accepted 1,785 cases involving 2,098 individuals for review and prosecution, with 769 cases involving 817 individuals prosecuted. Additionally, we have supported 4,901 civil litigation cases related to labor disputes, of which 3,011 involved supporting migrant workers in filing lawsuits.

据介绍，2021年以来，全省检察机关共受理审查逮捕拒不支付劳动报酬犯罪1197件1266人，批准逮捕443件447人；受理审查起诉1785件2098人，提起公诉769件817人；办理涉劳动争议民事支持起诉案件4901件，其中支持农民工起诉3011件。
