▌Fully Perform Procuratorial Functions to Enhance the Effectiveness of the Campaign Against Organized Crime

依法全面履行检察职能 提升扫黑除恶专项斗争成效

▌Recently, the People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province convened a meeting of its Party Leadership Group to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the national video conference on the campaign against organized crime, as well as the relevant requirements and arrangements of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. The meeting also reviewed and formulated measures for procuratorial organs across the province to ensure effective implementation. Feng Jian, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Chief Prosecutor of the provincial procuratorate, presided over the meeting and delivered remarks.

近日，广东省人民检察院召开党组（扩大）会议，深入学习贯彻全国扫黑除恶专项斗争视频会议精神，以及省委、最高检相关部署要求，研究部署全省检察机关贯彻落实措施。省检察院党组书记、检察长冯键主持会议并讲话。

▌The meeting emphasized the need to further align with the arrangements and requirements of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Central Committee, the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, and to deepen understanding of the significance of the campaign. Procuratorial organs should fully perform their functions to enhance the effectiveness of the campaign against organized crime in accordance with the law. Organizational support should also be strengthened to consolidate coordination and build synergy across relevant departments.

会议强调，要进一步对标中央政法委、省委及最高检部署精神，在思想认识上再深化；要依法全面履行检察职能，提升扫黑除恶专项斗争成效；要加强组织保障，凝聚工作合力。
