▌Four Procuratorates in Northern Guangdong Establish Collaboration Mechanism to Build Ecological Shields for Nanling Mountains

粤北四地检察机关签署协作机制 共筑南岭生态司法屏障

▌Recently, the procuratorates of Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County and Lechang City in Shaoguan, along with Lianzhou City and Yangshan County in Qingyuan, have jointly established a collaboration mechanism to advance procuratorial public interest litigation work in the field of environmental and resource protection.

近日，韶关乳源瑶族自治县、乐昌市和清远连州市、阳山县四地检察机关联合签订《关于开展广东南岭国家级自然保护区生态环境和自然资源保护公益诉讼工作的协作机制》，共同推进生态环境和资源保护领域检察公益诉讼工作。

▌The mechanism specifies six key areas of collaboration, precisely targeting the main challenges of cross-regional jurisdictions, overlapping functions, and fragmented clue sources in the ecological protection of the Nanling Nature Reserve. It establishes a new framework of joint clue screening, information sharing, case co-handling, and coordinated governance.

《协作机制》明确了6项协作内容，精准聚焦南岭自然保护区生态保护方面“跨区域、职能交叉、线索分散”的核心难点，构建起“线索联排、信息互通、案件共办、治理协同”的新格局。
