2025年10月9日至11日，备受全球小儿外科领域瞩目的学术盛宴——第38届小儿外科研究国际论坛（International Symposium on Pediatric Surgical Research，ISPSR）在羊城广州举办。
本次大会由广东省医学会小儿外科分会承办、广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心（以下简称“广州妇儿中心”）与上海市儿童医院协办。
这是该顶级学术会议首次在中国内地举办，标志着广州妇儿中心在小儿外科领域的学术影响力与临床实力获得国际同行的高度认可。
本次大会汇聚了国内外小儿外科领军人物以及来自全球各地的活跃在小儿外科临床一线和从事相关研究工作的中青年骨干，堪称一场小儿外科领域的“奥林匹克”。
开幕式上，中华医学会小儿外科分会主任委员、ISPSR2025当地组委会主席夏慧敏教授，ISPSR委员会主席Prem Puri教授，广东省医学会副会长兼秘书长李国营教授致欢迎辞。

会议第二、三天为研究汇报。本届会议共收到来自全球600多份摘要投稿，投稿数量为该会议历史之最。最终160余份摘要入选大会口头报告和海报展示，其中国际报告69篇。与会专家围绕小儿外科领域最新研究成果、前沿技术、复杂病例及康复理念进行深度交流与碰撞。
南京医科大学附属儿童医院唐维兵教授、重庆医科大学附属儿童医院何大维教授、四川大学华西医院向波教授、上海市儿童医院吕志宝教授、香港大学黄格元教授、日本Juntendo University School of Medicine Atsuyuki Yamataka教授、印度All India Institute of Medical Sciences Shilpa Sharma教授、美国Washington University in St. Louis Augusto Zani教授、以色列Tel Aviv Surasky Medical Center Igor Sukhotnik教授、瑞典Karolinska Institute Carmen Mesas Burgos教授等小儿外科专家担任会议各环节主持。
会议期间，广州妇儿中心团队与UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health（英国伦敦大奥蒙德街儿童医院）、The Hospital for Sick Children （加拿大病童医院）、意大利米兰大学附属儿童医院等世界顶级儿童医院的参会代表进行了学术交流和合作讨论。
Prem Puri教授、Atsuyuki Yamataka教授、Tomas Wester教授一同前往广州妇儿中心珠江新城院区肝胆外科、SNICU参观，对中心病人管理及学术水平表示了充分的肯定与赞许。Atsuyuki Yamataka教授还为中心青年医生做了题为Pediatric Surgery: It’s my life的讲座，大家反响热烈、受益匪浅。
本届会议中心共有28人次发言（其中大会发言16次，壁报发言12次），讲者分别来自新生儿外科、肝胆外科、胃肠外科、泌尿外科、肿瘤外科、胸外科及儿研所团队，展现了妇儿风采，获得了国内外专家的广泛关注与好评。
