亚信国家职工技能大赛将于6月30日至7月4日在广东广州举办。
The CICA Skills Competition will be held in Guangzhou, Guangdong from June 30 to July 4.
大赛由中华全国总工会主办，中国职工对外交流中心、广州市人民政府、广东省总工会承办，广州市总工会协办，是亚洲相互协作与信任措施会议（简称“亚信”）框架下首次举办的国际性职工技能赛事，来自20多个亚信成员国及部分观察员国的技能能手将同台竞技、互学互鉴。
The competition is hosted by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and co-organized by the China Workers' Center for International Exchange, the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality, and the Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions, with the Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions serving as the executing partner. It is the first international worker skills competition held under the framework of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA). Skilled workers from more than 20 CICA member states and some observer states will compete on the same stage, learning from and exchanging expertise with one another.
亚信是亚洲地区重要多边合作机制，成立于1992年，现有28个成员国、15个观察员国家和国际组织，覆盖亚洲90%以上地区。多年来，亚信持续深化区域人文互通、技术互鉴、民心相融，为亚洲和平稳定、协同繁荣提供重要支撑。
Established in 1992, CICA is an important multilateral cooperation mechanism in Asia. It currently comprises 28 member states and 15 observer states and international organizations, covering more than 90 percent of Asia. Over the years, CICA has continued to deepen people-to-people exchanges, technological exchange and mutual learning, and people-to-people bonds across the region, playing an important role in promoting peace, stability, and shared prosperity in Asia.
本次大赛聚焦人文领域，通过职工技能切磋互鉴，增进各成员国之间的友谊，是推进亚信国家职工技能交流、服务“一带一路”建设的重要平台，也是服务国家总体外交、深化亚信合作机制的重要举措。
Focusing on people-to-people exchanges, the competition aims to strengthen friendship among CICA members through skills exchange and mutual learning. It also serves as an important platform for promoting workers' skills cooperation among CICA member states, supporting the Belt and Road Initiative, serving China's overall diplomacy, and deepening cooperation within the CICA framework.
本次大赛以“互信互鉴 匠造未来”为主题，设置砌筑、无人机装调检修、高压电缆智能运检三个赛项，涵盖传统基建、新兴科技、能源保障等领域。
Under the theme "Trust & Skills, Craft our Future," the competition will feature three contest categories: Bricklaying, UAV Assembly, Adjustment, and Maintenance, and Intelligent Operation and Inspection of High-Voltage Cables. The events cover a broad range of fields, including traditional infrastructure, emerging technologies, and energy security.
竞赛现场同步组织技术交流和技能展示，包括广绣、古建筑元素数据化采集与现代珠宝设计、人形机器人与机器狗、风光互补发电系统等。同时，还将向亚信各国宣介中国职业技能标准、职业教育模式和装备制造技术，促进标准对接、人才共育。
Alongside the competitions, a series of technical exchange activities and skills exhibitions will be held, featuring Guangzhou embroidery, digital documentation of traditional architectural elements and contemporary jewellery design, humanoid robots and robotic dogs, as well as hybrid wind-solar power generation systems. The event will also showcase China's vocational skills standards, vocational education model, and advanced equipment manufacturing technologies to participants from CICA member states, promoting standards alignment and joint talent development.
目前，广州拥有431万技能人才、169万高技能人才，并已形成覆盖多层级、多元化的工匠培育体系，培育各级各类工匠2000名。
Guangzhou has built one of China’s largest skilled workforce bases, with 4.31 million skilled workers, including 1.69 million highly skilled workers. The city has also developed a multi-tiered talent cultivation system that has nurtured more than 2,000 master craftsmen.
